Courtney Allen is the chief operating officer of the Soil and Water Conservation Society. She manages the day-to-day operations and works closely with the CEO and staff to support the organization's growth and success.
She previously held the title of event and professional development director/executive assistant to the CEO. Courtney has over a decade of administrative and leadership experience. She holds a bachelors degree in business administrative.
