Charlie Cole is a Conservation Planner with the Illinois Department of Agriculture, but he is also an international award winning Brewmaster.
"Where is your beer grown? Whether it's brewed with barley, wheat, corn, or rice, beer has always been an agricultural product."
Charlie will explain the history and process of beer brewing, connections between the agriculture and brewing industries, and getting started with government-funded conservation projects for all landowners.
